VACUUM HEATERS

Vacuum radiators: space technologies at the service of the homeowner
Vacuum heating radiators are the last word in utility equipment. Suffice it to say that their efficiency is approaching 100%. They have a scanty inertia – they almost immediately go to the specified mode of operation and heating of the room. They can be connected to the Central heating network or powered by an Autonomous boiler plant. There are also electric vacuum radiators for heating.

Design:

The radiator body is filled with a special gas that begins to boil at +35 degrees and this steam transmits heat throughout the radiator volume. This feature is confirmed by shooting a thermal imager:

The entire surface of the radiator within 30 seconds becomes equal to the temperature of the coolant passing through the lower part of the radiator

it is built on the separation of media-the heat carrier that transmits heat to the radiator, and the liquid that transmits heat to the space of the heated room. In other words: the cavity of the collector pipe, which receives the coolant from the heating network, and the radiator cavity are separated. The pipe receives ordinary heated water. From the collector cavity, the volume of which usually does not exceed 0.5 l, air is pumped out (so the radiator is called "vacuum") and a light — boiling solution is poured-lithium – bromide liquid or ethanol (boiling point-33-35°C). When the coolant enters the collector pipe from the Central Autonomous power supply system, it (at its own temperature of 50-65°C) instantly heats the lithium-bromide liquid or ethanol to the boiling point. Steam fills the evacuated space and transmits heat to the environment through the walls of the convector. Energy losses are minimal. If we use a heating element instead of a collector pipe with a heat carrier, we will get a vacuum electric radiator. This is an ideal device for heating cottages, cottages, additional heating of residential rooms in the winter – energy efficiency is superior to both electric convectors and oil radiators.
